Our culinary team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments through exquisite food and delightful presentations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Menu set up, prep and ensuring the freshness of ingredients
· Ensuring all finished products meet standards for plating and presentation.
· Maintaining proper storage, labeling and rotation of food items, while prepping as well as when deliveries come in.
· Organizing food orders to guarantee timely and efficient food service.
· Communicating with the kitchen and service staff when food orders are ready to be delivered.
· Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
· Assist in running and managing kitchen operations.
· Ensure kitchen is clean, well-supplied and organized.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required.
· Positive, team player who can work independently and within a team environment.
· Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.
· Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
· Able to multitask and maintain consistency at the same time.
· Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Food Safe Certificate Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
