Job Type:

• Full-Time | Weekends Required | Evening Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and engaging manner
• Provide in-depth knowledge of menu items, including Indian fusion specialties and cocktails
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver efficiently
• Upsell daily specials and drink pairings
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
• Maintain clean dining areas and adhere to safety standards

Requirements & Certifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting (1.6+ year preferred)
• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• Food Handler Certification (required)
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills
• Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
