About the Role

As our Café Manager, you’ll be the hands-on leader guiding the daily success of your store. You’ll foster a positive, motivated team while ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and a welcoming guest experience.

Minimum 2 years’ experience of leadership in food service or hospitality is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Manage daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and payroll
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Engage with guests and resolve any issues with professionalism
• Monitor sales, labour costs, and performance goals
• Help organize community events and local marketing efforts
• Foster a fun, respectful, and productive team culture
