We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lead Host to join our team. This leadership role oversees the reservation system, manages guest flow, coordinates seating strategy, and supervises the host team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Duties
- Lead, coach, and supervise the host team, ensuring service standards, professionalism, and brand consistency at the front door.
- Oversee and optimize the reservation system (TOCK), managing bookings, pacing, large parties, VIPs, and special requests to maximize covers and revenue.
- Develop and execute daily seating strategies aligned with staffing levels and service flow, balancing sections while maintaining exceptional guest experience.
- Serve as the primary communication hub between guests, servers, the kitchen, and management to ensure seamless coordination during service.
- Handle guest concerns, VIP experiences, and recovery situations with confidence and professionalism, maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Monitor reservation trends, no-shows, and table turnover performance, providing insights and operational feedback to management.

- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities, with the capacity to guide and hold the host team accountable to service standards.
- Advanced guest service and conflict-resolution skills, with confidence handling VIP guests and recovery situations.
- Proficiency in reservation platforms (e.g., TOCK), POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage high-volume service flow effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, maintaining composure and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
