Love cooking from scratch? Join The Soup Meister’s Nephew as a Soup Cook / Junior Sous Chef and help us create our premium, handmade soups.
What You’ll Do
- Make daily broths, stocks, and reductions
- Cook soups using our established recipes
- Prep and cook vegetables & meats
- Use different cooking methods: roasting, braising, sautéing, baking, boiling
- Pitch in with hand-packaging soups alongside the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years kitchen experience (soups or line cooking a plus!)
- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Food Safe certification (or willing to get it)
