AnnaLena is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Vancouver focused on seasonal tasting menus, refined technique, and a modern, culture-driven dining experience. We operate at a high level with a tight, collaborative team and a strong commitment to consistency, creativity, and growth.

We are currently hiring across multiple kitchen roles as we continue to build and strengthen our team.

Open Positions

We are hiring for:

  • Sous Chef
  • Line Cooks
  • Pastry Cooks

All positions are full-time.

Role Breakdown

Sous Chef

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in fine dining kitchens
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage service, prep, and team development
  • High attention to detail and standards

Line Cooks

  • Experience in professional kitchens preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to execute under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured system

Pastry Cooks

  • Experience in pastry or desserts in a professional kitchen
  • Precision and consistency in execution
  • Interest in modern plated desserts and technique-driven work
