Role Breakdown
Sous Chef
- Minimum 3+ years experience in fine dining kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage service, prep, and team development
- High attention to detail and standards
Line Cooks
- Experience in professional kitchens preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to execute under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured system
Pastry Cooks
- Experience in pastry or desserts in a professional kitchen
- Precision and consistency in execution
- Interest in modern plated desserts and technique-driven work
